Role Overview
Your mission is to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects for the Hero Transformation Program at Pursuit Health and Performance. As a top-tier appointment setter, you will be the first point of contact, engaging with leads through direct, personalized communication to build rapport, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You’ll be responsible for nurturing leads, following up consistently, and ensuring high show-up rates for scheduled calls. You must fully believe that enrolling in the Hero Transformation Program is the best decision a prospect can make and convey that passion in every interaction.

Lead Booking Rate: 10-12%
Full-Time: 1000 leads ? 120+ booked calls/month
Part-Time: 500 leads ? 60+ booked calls/month
Show-up Rate: 70% (80?lls confirmed + 90% show on confirmed calls)
Full-Time: 120 booked calls ? 80 Show
Part-Time: 60 booked calls ? 40 Show
Revenue Generated:
Full-Time: 80 Show ? $100,000 contracted
Part-Time: 40 Show ? $50,000 contracted
Additional KPI’s:
Lead Response Time: Respond to new leads within 15 minutes.

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Remote)
Hours:
Full-Time: 40-50 hours per week.
Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week.
Flexibility: Work from anywhere with the freedom to set your schedule, but hitting KPIs is non-negotiable.
Meetings & Availability: Attend all tea
Time Off: Requests require two weeks' notice.
Compensation (all numbers in USD)
Base: $500 per month (full-time) ($3/hour)
Personal Bonus (auto-booked): $20 per closed deal (call confirmed)
Personal Bonus (setter-booked): $50 per closed deal
Team Bonus: 1% of Cash Collected is divided evenly across the setting team
Example: If the sales team brings in $100,000 in revenue, then the setting team will split $1,000. If there are 2 appointment setters, then each setter will receive $500.
Full-Time Earnings Potential: $1,000-$2,000/mo
Base: $500/mo
Personal Bonus: ~$500/mo (10-20 deals per month)
Team Bonus: ~$500/mo
