**Social Media Manager & Digital Growth Strategist (Remote)**



We are looking for a **highly experienced Social Media Manager & Digital Growth Strategist** to help grow our online presence, build brand authority, and drive lead generation for our wellness and aesthetic brand.

Also be able to take Calls and work as executive assistant.

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts,FB , Tik Tok, and Google Business Profile
* Design on-brand visuals and short-form videos using tools like Canva and CapCut etc.
* Manage and grow our social media audience with a clear content strategy
* Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and reviews to increase engagement and community trust
* Optimize Google Business Profile with posts, updates, and review responses
* Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, leads) and provide weekly reporting
* Support affiliate marketing efforts with product link tracking and content promotion
* Assist in building email lists, landing pages, Blogs and newsletters for lead capture
* Needs to create online forum presence in Reddit/ Quora/ health and wellness communities.
* Use CRM tools and AI generation.
*3 to 5hrs , need to work on eastern time zone only.


**Requirements:**

* **Minimum 2 years of experience** in social media management, digital marketing, or brand strategy
* Proven success growing and managing wellness, beauty, or service-based brands
* Strong design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
* Familiarity with Google Business Profile optimization
* Ability to work independently, proactively, and meet deadlines
*ABLE TO TAKE CALLS AND HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

**Compensation:**
\$4/hour and up based on experience and portfolio quality
