Compensation:

* Starting base: $1,200/month
* Bonuses: Weekly, monthly, quarterly, based on performance
* Raises at 30/60/90 days
* Potential to earn $2,500–$4,000/month over time through execution and revenue sharing

* Full-time (Remote)
* 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST (10 p.m. – 6 a.m. Manila Time)

Overview:
We're scaling a high-performance education business.

You’ll be the right hand to the founder — planning, executing, managing, and optimizing all ops, projects, team workflows, and systems. This is for someone who thrives in building systems, managing people, and owning outcomes.

Your Role:

1. Operations & Strategy

* Break down outcomes into KPIs, sprints, and task flows
* Create performance dashboards and status trackers
* Build SOPs, workflows, and automations
* Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance

2. Project Management

* Oversee content, funnel builds, product launches, team tasks
* Keep tea ---------- mbers focused and aligned
* Run standups, retros, and check-ins

3. Execution & Support

* Jump in where needed: optimize copy, refine emails, edit pages
* Improve funnel logic, landing pages, or post formatting
* Oversee ClickUp and GHL flows

Requirements:

* 3+ years in operations, project management, or running digital businesses
* Proven experience in online education, coaching, or content-based businesses
* Fluent with tools: ClickUp, Notion, GoHighLevel, ConvertKit
* Strong communicator — async and live
* Obsessed with clarity, results, and speed
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
