Part-Time Lead Generation Assistant (Real Estate)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Part-Time Lead Generation Assistant** to support our real estate business in identifying, researching, and organizing prospective leads. This position plays a vital role in fueling our sales pipeline and will work closely under the guidance of our Lead Generation Manager. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and has a keen understanding of real estate market dynamics.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct online research to identify commercial and/or residential property leads.
* Utilize tools such as **CoStar** to gather property and ownership information (experience with CoStar is a **plus**).
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems or Excel/Google Sheets.
* Verify property ownership and contact details using public records and databases.
* Monitor real estate listings, market trends, and off-market opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Lead Generation Manager to prioritize and refine lead lists.
* Assist in developing lead profiles with detailed notes for the acquisition and sales team.
* Prepare weekly progress reports on lead generation activities and KPIs.

### **Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Strong research and data mining abilities.
* **Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.**
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (e.g., GHL, Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Familiarity with real estate terminology and property types.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using online databases and search tools.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

* **Experience using CoStar or other real estate databases.**
* Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or sales support.
* Familiarity with lead generation tools and systems (e.g., Apollo, dealMachine, PropStream).
* Understanding of commercial or residential property acquisition strategies.
