Social Media Assistant (Part-Time, Remote – Real Estate)
Content Creation | Engagement | Appointment Setting

Location: Remote (Supporting a Real Estate Agent in California)
Rate: $5/hour + bonus opportunities
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2PM–6PM PST (20 hrs/week)
Start: ASAP

About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive, creative Social Media Assistant to help grow an established real estate agent’s online presence. You'll create content, manage engagement, and help set appointments through smart strategy and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
*Design graphics & edit videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
*Schedule & post content across: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, WeChat, Red Door, Nextdoor, Yelp
*Engage with followers (comments, DMs, outreach)
*Track performance & report insights
*Assist with prospecting, client follow-ups, birthdays, giveaways, and more

You’ll Succeed If You Have:
*1+ year experience managing social media
*Canva & basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
*Great English writing & communication
*Ability to self-manage, follow brand tone, and stay organized

Bonus Skills:
*Familiarity with California real estate
*Knowledge of social strategy or SEO
