US Tiktok Shop Management

We are a fast-growing beauty and fragrance brand looking for a highly organized and self-motivated TikTok Shop Manager to join our remote team. You will be responsible for managing the backend of our TikTok Shop, handling product listings, coordinating order fulfillment, monitoring performance, and optimizing for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Set Flash sales and update TikTok Shop product listings

Monitor and fulfill orders daily, ensuring timely shipping

Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment team to resolve any order issues. and approve samples

Handle customer service inquiries and order-related questions

Track sales, refunds, and shop performance metrics

Assist with launching promotional campaigns and uploading content

Stay updated with TikTok Shop policies, trends, and best practices

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Familiar with TikTok interface and analytics tools

Reliable internet connection and ability to work in PST hours

Working Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours/week
PST time zone (preferably 9 AM – 5 PM PST)
