Experienced Motion Graphics Video Editor for Big YouTube Channel

Hi, we're RacquetFlex — an online tennis academy and YouTube channel dedicated to helping players transform their game and play the most confident tennis of their lives. We offer private coaching, premium digital courses, and educational products to a global audience of ambitious tennis players.

Our YouTube channel has grown rapidly thanks to authentic, high-impact instructional content — and now we’re ready to take it to the next level. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a highly skilled motion graphics designer and video editor with 3–5+ years of experience editing professional-quality instructional, YouTube, or educational content. You'll be working closely with our team to create polished, engaging videos that drive growth and deepen community engagement.

You’ll primarily work on:
Editing A-roll/B-roll for long-form and short-form educational content
Adding text overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and subtle animations
Syncing multi-camera footage with clear, high-quality audio
Applying basic color grading, audio mixing, and other polish
Incorporating well-timed background music and cues

**What We're Looking For:**
- Proven experience editing for YouTube or educational content (portfolio required)
- Strong storytelling instincts — your edits should keep viewers engaged and learning
- Ability to create **clean, minimal, modern motion graphics**
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines with fast turnaround
- Fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools
- Excellent communication skills — available Mon–Fri during PST working hours
- Self-taught or formally trained — we value skill and passion above all

- Interest or experience in **tennis, coaching, or sports content**
- Thumbnail or YouTube SEO optimization skills
- Experience with short-form video platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
