YouTube Ads Specialist (Discord Community Growth)

We’re looking for a YouTube Ads Growth Specialist who can drive consistent daily ---------- server joins using strategic paid ads. This role is performance-driven and growth-focused — perfect for someone who’s hungry to build and earn more.

Role Summary:
???? Part-Time: 16 - 25 hours/week (Mon–Thurs, 3–4 hrs/day)


???? Base Pay: $180/month ($90 bi-weekly)


???? Commission: $50 per sale stemming from your marketing efforts

???? Who We’re Looking For:
An experienced YouTube advertiser with a track record of results


Someone who’s driven by performance, not just hours worked


Creative, proactive, and data-driven — not afraid to experiment and optimize


Comfortable managing budgets and tweaking campaigns for results


Able to submit weekly reports and track campaign KPIs


Fluent in English (written and verbal)


Bonus if you’ve done ---------- or community-focused campaigns before



???? Responsibilities:
Set up and manage YouTube ad campaigns with a daily $20 budget


Split: $10 awareness (broad niche), $10 traffic (retargeting to ---------- join)


Deliver 3–7+ new ---------- joins/day


Optimize campaign performance for site clicks and conversions


Submit weekly reports with performance data, insights, and action items
