Part-Time Virtual Assistant — Canva + Etsy + Flodesk Trial Project

I’m the founder of Side Hustle Growth Studio (SHGS) — a digital brand supporting travel agents with content tools, promo packs, and print?on?demand merch. I need a detail?oriented VA with experience in Canva, Etsy, Printify, and Flodesk to complete and package our Promo Pack Trial Project.

• Add approved copy (captions, hooks) into Canva templates (IG posts, stories, Pinterest graphics)
• Export finished graphics as PNG/PDF
• Organize all files in a shared Google Drive folder
• Bonus: Upload the finished Promo Pack into Flodesk as a product delivery or email flow

• Strong Canva skills (editing/exporting templates)
• Etsy understanding or print?on?demand experience (e.g., Printify)
• Basic Flodesk familiarity is a plus (but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail and following instructions
• Strong written communication in English
