Full-Time Meta Ads & Marketing Creative Strategist – Wellness Brand (Long-Term)

Hi, I'm the founder of Cleanpuffs, a fast-growing Canadian wellness brand offering nicotine-free, plant-based aromatherapy diffusers. We're helping people break free from harmful habits with a clean alternative—and now we’re looking for a full-time Meta Ads Creative & Marketing Strategist to help scale our presence through high-converting ad creatives and strategy.

What You’ll Do:
Design scroll-stopping Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives (image and short video)

Write compliant, persuasive ad copy optimized for conversions

Develop creative concepts and variations (headlines, hooks, CTAs)

Monitor ad performance and suggest optimization strategies

Research trends and ensure all ads meet Meta policy guidelines

Collaborate directly with me to align on vision and growth plans

What I’m Looking For:
Strong experience in Meta Ads and creative strategy (especially in eCommerce)

Design skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)

Excellent written English for ad copy and brand messaging

Knowledge of Meta Ad policies and how to avoid disapprovals

Self-driven, reliable, and looking for long-term work
