Remote Accountant / Bookkeeper

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Construction Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Canadian construction or trade companies and is comfortable managing the full bookkeeping cycle, including:

Must-Have Experience:

Canadian bookkeeping practices (GST/HST, CRA compliance)

Full-cycle accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR)

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Job costing and project-based financial tracking

Monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, job reports)

Cash flow tracking and forecasting

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, DEXT & Knowify Project Management Software

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Availability to work at least 4 hours/day in Pacific Time (PST)

You’ll play a key role in keeping our books accurate, managing project finances, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.
