YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Part-Time | Remote | 3-4$ per thumbnail)
Hey there! I’m building two YouTube channels and looking for a creative, reliable thumbnail designer who knows how to make people click.

This is a freelance, remote-friendly position. You’ll be working on:
    •    Digital Nomad Content Team – remote work, travel, financial freedom videos
    •    Assisted Living Mansion – real estate, lifestyle & storytelling-based videos



What You’ll Do
    •    Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that match our brand vibe
    •    Incorporate screenshots, bold text, and compositional tricks to boost CTR
    •    Make multiple thumbnail options when needed (for A/B testing)
    •    Quick turnaround (usually 24–48 hours per thumbnail)



You’re a Great Fit If:
    •    You’ve made thumbnails before—or can show samples that pop
    •    You know how to use Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
    •    You understand contrast, emotion, and composition
    •    You like communicating clearly and meeting deadlines



Pay & Workflow
    •    $3.50 per thumbnail to start (may increase with quality + consistency)
    •    3–6 thumbnails/week expected (combined between both channels)
    •    Paid weekly via PayPal, Wise, or GCash
