You’ll serve as the go-to person in our online spaces, helping members feel seen, supported, and excited to take action.
???? Daily & Weekly Tasks:
Approve new members and tag them in welcome posts
Answer questions or route to the right tea
Moderate conversations to keep the community kind, encouraging, and on-topic
Schedule weekly engagement posts (templates provided)
Upload workshop replays and pin key updates
Track comments/questions during live classes and summarize key points
Send reminders about upcoming events or live streams
Report on member engagement metrics each week

Assist with Canva graphics (quotes, announcements, etc.)
Repurpose video content into short-form posts
Help build or clean
Troubleshoot basic login or course access issues
