Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our remote operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatching or scheduling, excellent English communication skills, and experience working with U.S.-based clients and technicians. You will be responsible for coordinating field service schedules, communicating with technicians, and ensuring timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on job priority, location, and availability
Coordinate with clients and technicians to ensure timely job completion
Track and update service tickets in real time
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
Handle urgent rescheduling and last-minute job requests with efficiency
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician notes, and job outcomes
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and proactive communication
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of proven experience as a dispatcher or in a scheduling role
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients is required
Familiarity with dispatching software or CRMs is a plus
Ability to work Monday to Friday, EST time zone
Experience working with technicians or in a technical support environment is preferred
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
