For two LinkedIn profiles we look for a VA who send out around 10-20 invites daily. After the invite is accepted a message is sent to the new connection with a follow-up 3 days after with a final message 8 days after. The messages are provided by us. When the person replies we take over the conversation. We think this will take around 1 hour a day.

We are looking for specific properties to invest in in the United Kingdom. We find those properties online on platforms as Zoopla, Rightmove, On the Market and Loopnet. The properties need to meet certain criteria provided by us. We want 20 new potential properties every week on a list so we can look into them in more detail and move forward in them. This will take around one hour a day. We expect to have one meeting of 30 minutes per week to discuss the progress on LinkedIn and the property sourcing.
