*Compensation:

Starts at $1,200/month + Performance bonuses
* Weekly Bonuses: $50/week
* Monthly Bonuses: $100/month
* Quarterly Bonuses: $300/quarter
* Raises every 30, 60, and 90 days based on outcomes

* Long-term: Revenue share (0.5–1%) after 6+ months as a core high-performing tea ---------- mber

Full-time (Remote)
You must be available:
**9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST / 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. Manila Time**

This is a high-performance role. You’ll be online, responsive, and focused during this window.
Not for someone juggling side gigs or other clients

**The Role

We’re a performance-driven online business scaling a premium education brand.

You’ll work directly with the founder to:

* Turn goals into sprint plans and execution
* Support team performance and accountability
* Support delivery, hiring, and funnel execution
* Support daily ---------- ntum and execution

---

**What You'll Own

1/ Executive Assistance

* You’re the right-hand to the founder
* Organize the founder’s calendar, agenda, tasks, and daily execution.

2/ Project Management

* Break goals into clear tasks and sprints
* Run daily standups, weekly retros
* Track team deliverables across content, design, funnels, etc.
* Create dashboards that show progress and bottlenecks in real time
* Keep the team accountable to timelines and outcomes
* Support hiring, onboarding, scorecards, and performance reviews

3/Execution Support

* Jump in on funnel builds, content systems, QA pages, and email campaigns
* Manage project tools like ClickUp, GHL, and Notion

* Have 2+ years in digital ops or managing remote teams
* Have built funnels, worked in content, education, or coaching
* Don’t wait for tasks — you plan, lead, and drive outcomes
* Communicate clearly, take feedback well, and solve problems fast
* Keep people accountable without drama
