Who You Are:

You don’t have any issues working 50h/week
You’re not afraid of the phone. You love starting conversations, hearing “no” doesn’t shake you, and you know how to turn cold leads into warm opportunities. You’re resourceful, self-motivated, and know how to find the decision-makers. You’re also excited to make powerful affiliate connections with influencers, businesses, and professionals who can refer clients to us.

???? Your Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling (60%)

Dial outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients or partners

Qualify leads and schedule consultations for our credit experts

Follow up with warm leads and re-engage cold leads using proven scripts

Track all calls and outcomes in our CRM (Go High Level)

Meet or exceed daily and weekly call/lead targets

2. Affiliate Contact Generation (40%)

Research and identify potential affiliate/referral partners (real estate agents, auto dealers, tax pros, loan officers, etc.)

Reach out via call, email, or DM to introduce our affiliate program

Set up calls between warm affiliates and our partnership manager

Maintain a list of active prospects and follow up regularly

Work closely with marketing and affiliate teams to align messaging and incentives

? What You Bring:

Proven experience in cold calling or phone-based lead generation (2+ year preferred)

Excellent communication and persuasion skills—you get people talking

Confidence to make a minimum of 100+ calls/day without hesitation

Organized, reliable, and able to manage outreach workflows independently

Tech-savvy with CRM tools (GHL or similar) and online research

Positive attitude and hunger to grow within a mission-driven company

Affiliate marketing or B2B partnership experience

Familiarity with the credit repair or financial services industry

Bilingual ( English and Spanish)
