Customer Delight Representative (Customer Service)

Asphalt Kingdom, a premier company in the pavement industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Delight Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling shipping quote requests, and preparing bills of lading for outbound shipments. The ideal candidate will also track shipments to ensure timely delivery and provide updates to customers as needed. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly, and delivering a high level of service to maintain customer satisfaction.

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday ET
