I'm looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help manage my Shopify store customer email. Your primary responsibilities will be:


Email Management
Monitor and respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
Resolve customer issues or inquiries, escalating when necessary
Requirements:
Experience with Shopify and dropshipping platforms (e.g., AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, etc.)
Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently and consistently on a daily schedule
