Job Summary: This role is primarily focused on guest communication and hospitality management. It involves managing guest interactions through various platforms, overseeing property standards, and ensuring that each guest receives a high level of service. Some key responsibilities include:
Guest Communication and Issue Resolution: As the main contact for guests, you’ll respond to communications via
Property Standards and Team Collaboration: Working with the operations team, you'll help uphold hospitality standards for each property. This includes overseeing check-in/check-out procedures, confirming property readiness for new arrivals, and coordinating with housekeepers and maintenance staff for a comfortable guest experience.
Enhancing Guest Experience and Online Engagement: To deliver a memorable experience, you'll be encouraged to find creative solutions within budget constraints. Additionally, you’ll monitor and respond to online reviews to maintain a positive presence across platforms.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a guest services agent role within the hospitality industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of guest services standards and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana).
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating proactive and self-motivated behavior.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Availability to handle issues outside of regular working hours if needed.
Additional Requirements:
MUST be able to start immediately.
Availability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment for remote work.
