The Role:
We're looking for a Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting Specialist with a strong background in Facebook and Instagram outreach. Your mission will be to connect with Plumbing Business Owners, spark conversations that build trust, and book qualified appointments for our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cold messaging prospects via Facebook and Instagram DMs

Writing and testing high-converting, personalized messages

Posting engaging content and value-based posts in niche Facebook groups

Actively commenting and engaging in groups to build visibility and authority

Tracking responses and managing conversations through a CRM or spreadsheet

Scheduling appointments and following up as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in cold outreach and appointment setting via Facebook and Instagram

Strong copywriting and messaging skills

Results-driven mindset – you’re motivated by booked calls and growth

Comfortable communicating with business owners, especially in blue-collar industries

Self-starter who can take initiative without micromanagement

Bonus if you’ve worked with home service businesses or marketing agencies

Compensation:
