Heyraise Creative is hiring a designer who is fluent in interface design, visual hierarchy, and
investor communications—someone who can wireframe a landing page in the morning, finesse
an institutional-grade pitch deck by lunch, and explore AI-integrated design tools by the
afternoon.
This role combines digital design, brand systems, and presentation strategy. You’ll be working
closely with the Executive Creative Director to develop web experiences, pitch materials, and
marketing assets for capital raisers in the alternative asset space—private equity firms, fund
managers, and operators deploying real dollars across real deals.
What You'll Handle
? UI/UX design for marketing sites, investor landing pages, and gated dashboards
? Deck design for fund launches, capital raises, and investor webinars
? Visual systems for brands that demand institutional trust and clarity
? Typographic structure, spacing, and layout logic for every asset—especially in presentation
settings
? Figma-based production and collaboration with our creative, strategy, and development
teams
? Workflow enhancements using emerging tools like Figma AI, V0.dev, and other no-code
design accelerators
What We're Looking For
? 4–6 years of experience in digital or product design (agency or startup background
preferred)
? A portfolio that demonstrates strength in UI/UX, layout systems, and visual storytelling
? Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation platforms like
Keynote or Google Slides
? Solid grasp of responsive web design, grid systems, and design tokens
? Comfort using (or learning) AI-enhanced tools to improve speed and consistency—without
compromising quality
? Ability to work independently on high-responsibility deliverables with minimal revisions
? A completed college degree in design or a related field
What This Role Isn’t
This isn’t a marketing designer role filled with social posts and one-off banners. It’s not a product
role inside a SaaS org either. This is applied design in high-trust environments: investor decks,
pitch materials, fund brand collateral, and UI/UX for investor-facing platforms. Every asset must
be expertly designed for purpose, not just for aesthetic.
