Wordpress Optimization and SEO

Hello,
I need someone that has experience in wordpress optimization and SEO.
On my main site, I am using X-theme.
1st task would be to optimize site so that it loads fast and each page loads fast too. Right now it is very slow.
2nd task would be to work on SEO for site and blog posts.
Then if it goes well I can continue to hire you on a freelance regular basis to maintain optimization and SEO.
If you are qualified, there might be additional work to do if you are good at design with cornerstone, and doing other wordpress work on this site, like uploading my blog post, preparing pics and videos, etc.

But you don't need to be interested in a long time work relationship as my main need right now is getting the site loading fast and SEO work.

I would pay with Paypal including the paypal fees.

I need the optimizing work done now as soon as possible.
