Customer Service / Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position starting at approximately 2 hours per day, with responsibilities and hours increasing over time. The role is paid hourly based on the work you deliver.

Initial Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer emails

- Managing returns and assisting customers through the return process

Future Responsibilities May Include:

- Creating visuals for Facebook ads using Canva

- Setting up basic Facebook ads through Meta Business Manager

- Supporting general e-commerce admin tasks in Shopify

Tools You Will Use:

- Shopify (required)

- Gmail, Meta Business Manager, Canva

- Google Sheets

- ChatGPT and similar AI tools for content and translation

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent written English skills

- Shopify experience (this is a must)

- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT

- Stable internet connection and access to a standard computer suitable for work

- Availability during Central European Time (CET) hours

- Detail-oriented, organized, customer-friendly, and responsive

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
