Webflow Web Developer/Designer for Dental Industry Micro Website

Project Overview:
We are launching a conversion-optimized micro website tailored to the dental industry, with plans to scale the framework across multiple brands. We’re looking for a highly experienced Webflow developer/designer to bring this project to life—someone who can deliver both front-end excellence and a strong understanding of scalable, modular architecture.

**Your Role:**
You will own the design and build of the initial Webflow site, with a forward-looking lens on replicability and automation, including:

* Translating our content and brand direction into clean, responsive Webflow designs
* Creating a modular Webflow framework that allows for quick duplication and easy customization across brands
* Leveraging Webflow’s CMS and best practices for component reuse
* Building in flexibility for dynamic keyword insertion, custom brand logos, and other site-specific content blocks
* Ensuring strong SEO, UX, and page speed performance
* Working closely with our internal strategy team to align tech with conversion goals

**Technical Edge (What Sets You Apart):**

* Strong knowledge of Webflow’s API integration access points and how to use them to inject or swap out dynamic content
* Experience building scalable Webflow templates for multi-brand applications
* Familiarity with using CMS Collections, Webflow Logic, or third-party automation tools like Zapier, Make, or custom scripts
* Able to think modularly and optimize build processes for replication and speed

**Required Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of full-time Webflow experience
* Clean portfolio showcasing modern, conversion-oriented websites
* Ability to balance design fidelity with development practicality
* Skilled in responsive/mobile-first layouts and usability
* Understanding of SEO fundamentals, semantic HTML, and fast load performance
* Available to start immediately and work efficiently within a deadline

**Nice to Have:**

* Previous experience with healthcare or dental brands
* Familiarity with Figma to Webflow workflows
* Understanding of how marketing funnels and CRO principles tie into front-end builds
