Insurance Lead Generation

PRIOR INSURANCE LEAD GENERATION REQUIRED. Safeshield Insurance is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (10–15 hours/week) to support lead generation and outreach efforts. This role involves creatively sourcing leads using unconventional methods—such as Zillow listings, local real estate activity, community groups, and other online resources—to identify new homeowners, car buyers, and potential referral partners. The VA will be responsible for scrubbing and organizing lead data, sending outreach messages through our internal phone system, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM or spreadsheets. Ideal candidates have prior experience in lead gen or sales support, excellent written English skills, and are comfortable with platforms like Google Sheets, CRMs, Zillow, and internal messaging tools. Prior exposure to real estate or insurance is a plus, but not required.
