JOB OVERVIEW

Hi I am looking for someone who can help with customer support queries via email.
Also, someone who is able and has some experience sending email marketing messages.

The person must have excellent command in English writing (both vocabulary and grammar), possess a service oriented mindset and be able to interact professionally when replying to queries.

Must be willing to learn using new applications and autoresponders (tools) to send out emails.
Must be flexible enough to adapt and move quickly when there is a task.
Also a person who can be self sufficient when given tasks.

The person will be responsible for a number of tasks including (From top to lowest priorities):

1. Answering and Co-ordinating Customer Support queries by Email (Starting from May/June 2017: Part time)
2. Sending Email Marketing messages and replying. (Starting in April 2017: Part time)
3. Co-ordination and Administrative work - Scheduling, Document updates (excel, word), light Graphic Design work (Ad-hoc tasks), Co-ordination work.
4. Facebook and blog content management (Ad-hoc tasks)
