Are you confident on the phone, fluent in English, and experienced in sales or debt collections? Marathon Management is hiring motivated Credit Repair Sales Associates to help individuals take control of their financial future—while building yours.

What You’ll Do:
Follow up with warm leads only (no cold calling).
Educate potential clients on our credit repair services and how we can help boost their credit.
Close deals and enroll new clients using our proven systems.
Maintain detailed records using our CRM and follow a guided script.
Meet or exceed weekly performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Sales or debt collection experience preferred—especially in financial services.
Confident, persuasive communicator over the phone or Zoom.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
