Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, content, design, and tech to ensure flawless execution
Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, documentation, and clear status updates
Identify potential challenges proactively and implement solutions swiftly
Adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities without compromising quality
Maintain crystal-clear communication with tea ---------- mbers and clients
Analyze project outcomes and suggest improvements for continuous optimization
Represent the company professionally on client Zoom calls and meetings

???? REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Project Manager specifically within digital marketing agencies
Hands-on experience managing and building successful sales funnels
Exceptional organizational skills with an eagle-eye for detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with tools like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel (GHL), and marketing automation platforms strongly preferred
Independent, proactive, and consistently solution-focused
Fluent, clear, and professional English-speaking abilities
