Keepa Product Finder Expert | Virtual Assistant

We're AvarietyStore, a growing Amazon storefront based in the U.S., and we're looking for a part-time Amazon Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant to help us scale! You’ll be responsible for sourcing profitable products using Amazon tools and your analytical skills.

This role starts at 20 hours per week with the potential to expand based on performance. We're starting pay at $4/hour USD ($320/month), but is subject to change based on individual performance.

Responsibilities:

- Use Keepa Product Finder (KPF) and SellerAmp (SAS) to identify profitable online arbitrage opportunities

- Analyze sales history, ROI, profit margins, competition, and Buy Box data

- Maintain a daily sourcing sheet with detailed product information

- Follow our criteria for target ROI %, sales rank, and category, and brand guidelines

- Communicate findings clearly and collaborate through Slack, Sheets, or other tools

Requirements:

- Good communication

- Proven experience with Amazon OA sourcing

- Expert-level Keepa Product Finder knowledge (Keepa Product Finder, Data Analysis)

- Proficient in SellerAmp (SAS)

- Familiarity with manual sourcing, storefront stalking, reverse sourcing, etc.

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

- English proficiency (written and verbal)

- Reliable internet connection

- Tech-savvy, independent, and highly self-motivated

- Computer/laptop must be able to run multiple Chrome extensions and handle many tabs at once without significantly slowing down
