We're looking for a detail-oriented Google Ads Specialist to monitor active ad campaigns and deliver simple, actionable reports. You won’t be building or launching campaigns — your job is to check performance, flag issues, and summarize key insights weekly.
What You’ll Do:
Log into Google Ads accounts 2–3 times per week
Monitor spend, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS
Identify red flags (e.g. high spend with low conversions, broken links, etc.)
Summarize findings in a weekly report (Google Docs or Sheets)
Highlight wins and recommend if/when deeper optimization may be needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience navigating Google Ads and reading performance data
Familiar with basic PPC terms and KPIs
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and proactive with communication
Ability to keep reporting clean, simple, and consistent
