Maintain and organize a digital asset library of video content, audio clips, and marketing materials.
Social Media Management

Propose innovative ideas for new content formats, storytelling techniques, or engagement strategies.
Contribute to the development of cause-based content initiatives and impact stories.

First 30 Days Objectives:
Understand the company’s brand, mission, tone of voice, and target audience.
Get fully trained in all editing tools, file management systems, and posting workflows.
Complete a comprehensive audit of existing content and provide improvement suggestions.
Publish first set of edited and optimized short-form videos across designated platforms.
Present a 30-day content roadmap aligned with business and marketing priorities.

First 60 Days Objectives:
Implement and manage a consistent posting schedule focused on short-form video.
Launch a refreshed YouTube Shorts strategy and analyze initial performance.
Present data-driven insights and optimizations based on published content.
Develop and test a new video series concept that aligns with brand messaging and audience engagement.
Nominate a social impact story or youth education cause to feature through branded content.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and video editing, preferably in a business or marketing context.
Proficiency in short-form video editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Descript, or equivalent.
Experience using AI-based video editing or content automation tools is strongly preferred.
Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to hook attention within the first few seconds of video content.
Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and knowledge of what performs well on each.
Excellent written communication skills for captions, scripts, and CTAs.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple content projects.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Professional setup for remote work, including reliable internet and a webcam-enabled workspace.
Availability during PST business hours for meetings and team collaboration.

Work Environment:
Standard work hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday, with flexible hours on Fridays.
