About the Role:
We are hiring a part-time Social Media Content Creator & Growth Assistant to support our current Marketing & Outreach Coordinator. This is a remote position for someone experienced in content creation, scheduling, and social media growth, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate is a Canva-savvy, English-proficient creative who enjoys contributing to a mission-centered team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and schedule posts using Buffer and Meta Business Suite

Create content in Canva aligned with our faith-based brand voice and colors

Write captions that speak clearly and warmly to our senior care audience

Support engagement (likes, replies, messages) to build authentic connections

Collaborate with our marketing coordinator on campaigns and promotions

Monitor trends, national holidays, and content ideas relevant to our mission

Submit a weekly report on follower growth, reach, and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

1 to 2 years of experience managing or growing business social media accounts

Strong Canva skills and visual design sense

Excellent written English, especially for writing captions

Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive

Able to work independently but also follow branding instructions

Positive, faith-friendly communicator with a dependable work ethic

Must be available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST (Texas time)

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $5–$7 USD per hour, based on experience

Monthly bonuses based on performance and engagement growth

Tiered incentives for private-pay client impact (details during interview)

Schedule:

Part-time: 20 hours per week

Required availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST
