AR/AP Specialist

KOJI Services is a fast-moving holding company overseeing top-level design and commercial construction services. We focus on delivering high-quality work and dependable service across all projects through our network of specialized teams. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable AR/AP Specialist to support our accounting operations and ensure accurate financial tracking across all projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- General data entry and daily accounting support

- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Managing invoices, payments, and receipts

- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies

- Assisting with job costing and billing processes

- Maintaining organized and accurate financial records

- Supporting the accounting team with reporting and administrative tasks

Preferred Experience:

- QuickBooks proficiency

- Familiarity with Buildertrend

- Background in construction or job-cost accounting is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
