VA - very Light video editing (remove uhs, noise, clips suggest)

I’m an executive coach launching a casual 20–30 minute leadership podcast. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA who can help with light (VERY light) editing, basic captions, and thumbnail creation—and ideally, help me set up (clean up my) simple, branded YouTube channel.

What You’ll Do (Per Episode)
Light editing of zoom video (remove major filler words, background noise if needed)

Insert intro/outro (created once with my voiceover), each episode same one

Add clean captions to the full video using tools like Descript SIMPLE

Suggest 3–5 short clip ---------- nts; I’ll choose 2 for social

Create final 2 simple, captioned social clips (30–90 sec each) - WITH CLEAN CAPTIONS

BONUS: Create a clean thumbnail using guest’s photo + template

deliver MP4, MP3, and clips via Google Drive or other easy way you prefer

Turnaround: Within 1 week of receiving files

BONUS: One-Time Setup Ideally create my intro/outro video with the voiceover I give you - basic, supply royalty free music, pic. a few seconds./ quote separately

BONUS: Set up simple YouTube channel: banner, logo, layout (sample provided)

Budget + Application
Budget: $15-20 per episode and clips - this is very minor edit request. Descript does most of the work

Looking to start with 3–4 episodes; will continue if it goes well

Please quote a per-episode rate within that range

Quote a one-time fee for YouTube setup/clean up + intro/outro mix that you will be able to add to all episodes

You’re fluent in English and double-check spelling/captions
