???? Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Strategist to lead content creation around our podcast—developing titles, scripts, hooks, and cutdowns for long and short-form formats. You’ll shape how each episode is presented across platforms, optimize it for YouTube growth, and help us experiment into new content channels if we see traction.

???? Responsibilities
Plan and package podcast episodes (title, narrative arc, guest framing)

Script and produce short-form cutdowns and highlight clips

Optimize YouTube metadata (titles, thumbnails, tags, etc.)

Identify trending neuroscience hooks to guide future episodes

Track performance metrics to inform content strategy

Explore expansion into TikTok, Instagram, and newsletter formats

? Requirements
3+ years experience in educational or science media (YouTube a big plus)

Strong science communication and narrative writing skills

Deep understanding of YouTube growth levers and audience psychology

Passion for neuroscience, psychology, or adjacent fields

Bonus: experience with SEO, Descript, Adobe, or short-form platforms
