JOB OVERVIEW

I run a fast-growing eCommerce business with multiple VAs (customer support, design, marketing, SEO, ads, fulfillment). I'm constantly traveling and need a sharp, assertive Project Manager to make sure my VAs are doing their jobs.

This is NOT a strategy role — this is a daily execution and enforcement role.

**Your Job:**
- Check in on my VAs daily and confirm they did their tasks
- Document who's doing their work and who isn’t
- Push and motivate my team to stay on schedule
- Send me daily updates ONLY when someone is falling behind
- Send a weekly summary of:
- Who's slacking
- What’s falling behind
- Who needs to be warned or fired
- Recommend which VAs need to go
- Keep ClickUp or task lists updated and organized

**Tools You’ll Use:**
- Slack or WhatsApp
- ClickUp, Trello, or Notion
- Google Sheets
- Email (for team and task checking)

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience managing remote teams (at least 1 year)
- Strong English writing and speaking skills
- Confident communicator — you must NOT be afraid to pressure people politely but firmly
- Ability to work with little to no oversight
- High attention to detail
- Quiet work environment, reliable internet

**Details:**
- Hours: 4 hours/day, 5 days a week (flexible timing, but consistent)
- Pay: $500/month (with performance-based raises)
- Start: ASAP
- Bonuses for strong team performance
