Landscape & Site Planning Specialist

Focus: Outdoor Space Design & Property Documentation

I am seeking a Landscape & Site Planning Specialist to assist with creating comprehensive design drawings for outdoor residential and commercial spaces. The focus includes two primary project types: A) landscape and site furnishing plans, and B) detailed site plans with property documentation.

For landscape and site furnishing projects, you will develop design drawings that incorporate plantings, hardscaping elements, and exterior furniture placement. You will be provided with existing site surveys or base plans and are expected to deliver scaled layouts that optimize outdoor functionality, circulation, and aesthetic integration. All elements should include proper plant specifications, material callouts, and dimensional information.

For site planning projects, you will create property boundary drawings that accurately show topography, existing utilities, required setbacks, and significant site features.

These projects typically range from small residential homes to larger commercial hospitality properties and require between 2-8 hours of work, depending on site complexity and scope. Your work will be used for permit submissions and client presentations, so drawings must meet professional standards. You will be provided with site photographs and project requirements. You will return professional-grade CAD files (DWG format preferred) or Revit models that can be easily modified and updated as projects evolve.
