Virtual Assistant - Guest Communication and Lead Generation

NOVO STAYS is:
- A growing Serviced Accommodation/Vacation Rental Management business in the UK
- Marketing our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as AirBnB and ----------
- Dealing with both leisure and corporate guests, who would like to stay & are staying in our houses and apartments
- Working to expand our business to increase our market space in our current local market and explore operating in other local areas

The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the
following:

- Inbound & Outbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping, Landlords/Letting agents)
- Email management (Zero inbox rule)
- Tracking lead generation into company pipeline
- Guest communication and feedback management
- Scheduling cleaning & maintenance
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
- Strong team communication (via Slack/WhatsApp)

The right candidate will have a background with:
- Customer Services Experience
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Good written communication (English)
- Good verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Experience as a VA is preferable

The role will consist of 40 hours per week (time to be confirmed) mainly during the weekdays.

Experience in Real Estate & Hospitality industry itself is not essential as full training will be given but knowledge or previous experience working with AirBnB, ---------- or Hostaway channel manager would be looked upon favourably.
