Job Description:
The Paid Media & SEO Specialist is a hands-on digital marketing expert responsible for executing paid media campaigns and implementing SEO strategies across multiple platforms. This role is focused on driving measurable results—traffic, leads, and conversions—through performance-focused execution. The ideal candidate understands how to run high-ROI ad campaigns and optimize organic search visibility, while coordinating with internal and external teams to support client and agency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Execution
• Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns in Google Ads,
• Implement audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor and manage daily campaign performance to meet cost-per-lead and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to ensure creative assets and messaging align with campaign goals.
SEO Implementation
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for internal and client websites.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, schema, and site structure improvements.
• Support off-page efforts such as link building and citation management as needed.
• Track rankings, crawl errors, and site health using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
Performance Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for ad performance and SEO progress.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights, optimizations, and clear metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, keyword rankings, etc.).
• Recommend data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Collaboration
• Coordinate with the SEO partner/vendor to ensure consistent progress across client and internal projects.
• Communicate with account managers and internal teams to align performance goals with campaign execution.
• Stay up to date on algorithm changes, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and execution.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards.
• Experience with marketing tools such as WebCEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, conversions, and performance optimization.
• Clear communicator with the ability to present data and recommendations.
