We’re a fast-growing digital education and consulting company helping individuals and small business owners improve their finances, funding, and freedom through credit education and digital products.

We’ve built the systems — now we need a sharp, resourceful executor to manage the backend tech with precision and efficiency.

???? Your Role:
You will be the Tech & Systems Manager, responsible for building, organizing, and maintaining the digital infrastructure that powers our courses, automations, and lead generation systems.

This is not a basic VA role. You’ll be the backbone of our tech operations — perfect for someone who thrives in systems, setup, and seamless execution.

????? Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize funnels using ---------- and GoHighLevel

Set up opt-in forms, email automations, and backend workflows

Upload and manage course content in Skool and Course Creator 360

Design landing pages and digital assets using Canva

Set up and manage tool integrations via Zapier

Maintain a clean SOP database using Notion

Execute affiliate payout tracking and contest progress

Convert voice notes into polished PDFs or checklists

Monitor backend metrics and resolve issues fast

? Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-driven

Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks independently

Submit all onboarding documentation within 72 hours of hire

Complete CEO-assigned training within your first 7 days

Must be willing to sign up for the most economical platform we use for payroll (e.g., Wise or Payoneer – final decision provided upon hire)

???? Compensation & Bonus Potential:
Starting at $600/month USD

Review for performance-based raise at 60 and 90 days

Bonus structure: $50–$200/month for results tied to KPIs (automation speed, funnel completion, backend efficiency, affiliate payouts)

Daily updates via Telegram

Weekly strategy/alignment call with the CEO

Tasks managed via ClickUp or Notion
