Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Content Creation

Hi, I’m Chloe – an eCommerce coach and strategist helping online store owners scale their sales sustainably and profitably. As my brand and client roster continue to grow, I’m looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who specializes in social media content creation to join my team.
This role is perfect for someone who’s confident creating engaging, on-brand content and wants to be a valued part of a fast-growing business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating high-quality and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and ---------- (including Reels, carousels, static posts, and stories)
- Editing raw video footage to create engaging reels
- Writing captions that speak in my voice and connect with my audience (using Custom ChatGPT Bot I provide)
- Ensuring the content is on brand and follows provided style guide and templates
- Scheduling and publishing posts using Publer
- Sending welcome DMs to new followers and potential leads
- Managing community interactions (responding to DMs and comments, engaging with followers)
- Tracking post performance and organizing social media analytics weekly
- Staying across trends and adapting them for our content strategy

The Ideal Candidate
You’re a creative, detail-loving social media wizard who thrives on bringing ideas to life. You’re confident working independently but open to feedback and growth.

Must-Haves:
-Proven experience managing content for service-based or personal brands (show me your portfolio!)
- At least 3 current or recent clients we can contact for references
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills
- Canva and CapCut (or similar) skills for design and video editing
- Confident creating Reels and short-form videos from raw footage only
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - THIS IS CRITCIAL
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn and grow with us

Tools We Use
You’ll need access to:
- A computer with reliable internet
- Canva (Pro preferred)
- CapCut (or another video editor for reels)
- Publer (you'll be added to my account)
- WhatsApp
- Notion for Content Calendar and organisation
- Email
- Zoom (for team check-ins and training)

Hours, Pay & Growth Potential
10 hours per week, spread over 2 set days only (Monday to Friday)
Starting as a contractor/freelancer with potential to grow to full time.
Performance-based bonuses and opportunities to increase hours
Paid 30-day probationary period with training provided
