Job Description:

We are a UK-based architectural company specialising in Stage 4 construction drawings, and we’re looking for a highly skilled AutoCAD Technician based in the Philippines to join our remote team.

This is a long-term freelance or part-time opportunity for the right candidate. We’re looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail, the ability to follow strict drafting standards, and solid communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality 2D construction drawings in AutoCAD based on markups, redlines, and templates
• Draft plans, sections, and detailed construction details to a professional UK standard
• Follow company CAD standards, layer conventions, and title block formats
• Work independently and meet agreed deadlines
• Attend occasional check-in calls (audio only, optional video)
• Be open to revisions and quality control feedback

Requirements:
• Proficient in AutoCAD (minimum 3 years’ experience)
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
• Able to follow UK-style or Western drafting standards
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
• Experience with construction-level documentation (not just schematic)

Bonus (Not Required):
• Familiar with UK building regulations
• Revit or BIM knowledge
• Experience working with international clients

Working Hours:
• Flexible hours — ability to meet deadlines is more important than live overlap
• You will receive drawing packages, markup notes, or redlines and expected turnaround dates
