About the Role:
We are looking for a highly reliable and organized General Virtual Assistant (GVA) to support two of our business operations: a fast-growing online education platform (focused on micro-certifications and AI-driven learning), and a U.S.-based real estate flipping business. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic, remote-based team and grow into a long-term support and operations role.
Key Responsibilities:
For the Real Estate Company:
- Use property research tools/software to identify and analyze potential flip opportunities
- Collect ARV data, renovation costs, and key property metrics
- Organize and update spreadsheets, CRM, or dashboards with leads
- Contact real estate agents, wholesalers, and contractors using prepared templates
- Reach out to potential sellers with offers
-Follow up on active leads and coordinate responses
- Prepare simple daily and weekly summaries for the Manager
For the Online Education:
- Upload and organize course materials in the LMS or Notion course hub
- Ensure all lessons, subtitles, PDFs, and templates are properly filed
- Assist in managing digital assets (Google Drive, Canva, AI voiceovers)
- Communicate with the content creators, video editors, and voiceover assistants as needed
- Help with customer support tasks, comments, and inquiries
- Track project milestones and deadlines
Shared Coordination Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of the Project Manager and CEO to ensure tasks are being completed on time
- Provide weekly task reports and updates to the Project Manager
- Schedule check-ins and organize progress summaries across teams
- Flag delays, missing files, or communication gaps proactively
- Ensure proper naming and filing of documents across both projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Microsoft 360, Notion, and task management tools like Trello or ClickUp
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and learning new tools quickly
- Able to follow structured systems and give updates without reminders
- Experience in real estate support or online course assistance is a plus
- Strong time management and ability to handle dual roles efficiently
Expectations:
- Available to work Monday–Friday on a fixed daily schedule (flexibility within time zones is welcome)
- Able to communicate daily with the Project Manager
- Will submit daily and weekly reports summarizing key actions, outcomes, and blockers
- Committed to long-term work and willing to grow with the company
