Real Estate VA – Inbound/Outbound Caller to Qualify Leads and set appointments (Neutral Accent Required)

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company, and we're looking for a Virtual Assistant with excellent spoken English and a neutral accent to help us call and pre-qualify PPC leads.

These leads are people who have submitted their info online because they're interested in selling their property. Your job is to quickly follow up, ask a few qualifying questions, and determine if the lead is worth a deeper conversation with our acquisition manager.

Responsibilities
-Call inbound PPC leads immediately after submission (we’ll provide CRM + dialer)
-Ask scripted questions to pre-qualify property sellers
-Accurately fill out lead details in our CRM (Resimpli)
-Tag and assign hot leads to our team for callback
-Follow up with warm or unresponsive leads via call/text
-Be professional, personable, and fast

Ideal Canidate
-Speaks fluent English with a neutral or very light accent
-Has real estate or sales experience (wholesaling is a big plus)
-Is comfortable on the phone and knows how to build quick rapport
-Can work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)
-Is detail-oriented and dependable
-Has a fast internet connection and a quiet working environment

Details
-Hourly rate: $4 – $6/hour (based on experience)
-Performance bonuses available for leads that close
-Full-time or part-time (Minimum 20 hours/week)
