Coding with Kids is seeking an individual with experience in customer service in education, tech, or a corporate setting to join our team as a Customer Success Coordinator on a part-time basis, working between 15 and 25 hours per week, including one day during the weekend. Computer programming is not required; however, experience with STEM and technology is important.
You will be responsible for not only the efficient and effective support of what is listed below but also for supporting the scaling of this work as we grow as a company:
- Customer service: Provide technical and logistics assistance to parents and students; respond to customer feedback in a positive, solutions-oriented way via
- Instructor support: Act as a key communicator for instructors regarding scheduling and other logistical questions to ensure their success in their classes.
- Daily Operations: Support the smooth running of classes for our 2200+ students from across the United States and the world on a daily basis.
The Kind of Person We Are Looking For:
- Experience working in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience navigating complex and challenging problems with a strong focus on proactive solutions
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and engaging in new processes
- A knack for high-quality multi-tasking
- An aptitude for navigating technology (web-based tools, G-Suite, Zoom, Freshdesk,
- Excellent executive functioning and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working remotely and accomplishing tasks independently
- Bachelor's Degree required
Job Type: Part-time, remote
Pay: $6.00 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: Part-time 15-25 hours per week (1 weekend day (US hours) required)
Reports to: Director of Operations and Partnerships
