About The Kore
The Kore is a fast-growing brand and men's movement helping unfulfilled 9–5 workers escape the rat race and build freedom-based online income through remote sales and coaching. We create high-performance programs, content, and community for ambitious men ready to take control of their life.
Our brand runs on content. Every clip, every YouTube episode, every story post is a vehicle for lead generation, emotional trust, and community building.
We don’t just “post content” — we build a media machine. And you’ll be the one behind the controls.
What This Role Is
You are the central link between the founder, the content strategy, and the editing team. You will take raw video files and turn them into structured briefs, tracked systems, and high-output media assets. You will own the daily short-form pipeline and manage the editors to ensure consistent, high-level delivery.
If you're a detail-oriented, media-obsessed, system-driven operator who knows how to brief, manage, and improve a team of editors, this role is for you.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a basic VA position
This is not a “learn as you go” internship
This is not for someone who can’t handle pace, structure, and standards
This is not for creatives who don’t like management or systems
This is a media operations role for someone who wants responsibility, results, and rapid growth inside a brand that’s scaling aggressively.
Mission of the Role
To transform raw founder-led video content into a structured, high-output short-form machine that drives brand growth, lead flow, and audience authority.
Your job is to make sure every asset gets turned into powerful, publishable content — at scale and without compromise.
Key Responsibilities
Clip Management and Timestamping
Watch all long-form videos (YouTube episodes, rants, training calls)
Timestamp 5–10 clips per video with clear hook, angle, and CTA
Upload timestamps and video context into our internal Notion system
Brief Creation and Editor Assignment
Create simple but detailed briefs for each clip
Assign briefs to the correct editor based on skill, tone, and backlog
Set deadlines, follow up, and ensure editors deliver on time
Quality Control and Publishing
Review every clip before it’s scheduled: subtitles, hook, formatting, CTA
Flag poor performance, inconsistencies, or recurring issues
Schedule clips into YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok based on publishing plan
Tracking and Systems
Maintain daily Notion dashboard with publishing status of each clip
Track completion rates, quality checks, and backlog of clips
Organize video files, assets, and project folders in Google Drive
Team Communication
Daily check-ins with the editing team (async)
Weekly performance reviews with the operations manager
Handle basic feedback loops and escalate issues when needed
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Previous experience in content management or VA work inside a content-heavy brand
Clear understanding of how short-form content works (hooks, engagement, platform tone)
Strong written English and communication skills
Proven ability to manage projects, track progress, and enforce deadlines
Familiarity with Notion, Google Drive, and file organization best practices
Extremely reliable, self-managed, and high follow-through
Mindset and Culture Expectations
We are a lean, high-performance brand. Everyone on the team operates with ownership, urgency, and standards.
You must:
Be execution-first. No hiding behind theory or waiting for instructions
Be direct. If something is falling behind, say it. If it’s not good enough, fix it
Handle fast feedback and fast pace. We’re not building a corporate ladder
Care deeply about quality. If a clip flops, you should care more than the algorithm
Think ahead. Bring solutions, not problems
This role is for someone who wants to grow long-term inside a serious brand. If you're just looking for a paycheck or hoping to be spoon-fed, don't apply.
Compensation
$600/month (full-time commitment expected)
Potential for increases based on performance and loyalty
High growth potential into operations, content strategy, or team leadership
