VA wanted for social media and research in a photography business (8-10h per week, long term)

Hi there,
I run 2 creative ventures in Germany: a model agency and photography workshops. I am looking for a reliable and self-driven Virtual Assistant to reduce my weekly workload in two key areas:

1 Social Media Management
• Build and maintain a weekly posting calendar for Instagram and X (Twitter)
• Draft captions, hashtags, and emoji suggestions in English
• Prepare posts in Buffer, including image or video crops and formatting checks

2 Research
• Find new indoor shooting locations in Europe such as clubs, apartments, studios, stations, or Airbnb’s. Add the address, contact, photos, and notes in Google Sheets
• Find new workshop and event locations in Europe such as fincas, hotels, houses, or venues. Add the address, contact, photos, and notes in Google Sheets

Important
My brands focus on glamour photography; this includes artistic nude and erotic photography. You must be fully comfortable handling this kind of content in a professional and respectful manner.

Tools you will use
• Trello (free version) for task boards and briefs
• Google Drive and Google Sheets for file sharing and research
• Buffer for social media scheduling (account provided)
• Clockify for simple time tracking without screenshots
• Chat via Microsoft Teams, or Slack if preferred

Required Skills
• Excellent written English
• Good understanding of Instagram and Twitter
• Strong research skills and a sense for visuals
• Self organisation, reliability, and clear communication
• Discretion and willingness to sign an NDA

Nice to Have
• Experience in photography, modelling, or creative industries
• Basic knowledge of photo or video formats, aspect ratios, and tools like Canva or Capcut

Weekly Load
Approx 10-12 hours per week on a flexible schedule. We collaborate long term and communicate mostly asynchronously with short check-ins every one or two weeks.
