JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a UK-based estimating consultancy looking for a full-time content manager to take charge of our LinkedIn content. You’ll handle content production: from editing videos and designing posts, to scheduling and reviewing performance. You’ll work closely with the owner, who provides ideas, video clips, and voice notes.

What You’ll Do:
Edit short-form videos using Captions.ai or Descript
Design LinkedIn carousels and graphics in Canva
Write/post captions and schedule content via Metricool
Track post performance and report weekly
Repurpose video and visual content across formats
(Optional: Manage paid LinkedIn ads — training provided)

What We’re Looking For:
Strong Canva and basic video editing skills
Excellent English writing and grammar
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Solid understanding of LinkedIn content style
Able to work independently and stick to a clear weekly plan
Willing to learn and grow into advanced marketing responsibilities

Nice to Have:
Familiarity with construction or estimating topics
Experience with paid ads, Metricool, or Shield App
Experience working with US or UK based company's
