Vacant Land SMS Lead Generator (Real Estate)

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help scale our Vacant Land Flipping business. Your primary role will be sending outbound SMS messages using our texting platform (Launch Control) to generate motivated seller leads and help manage our CRM and contact database.

What You’ll Do:
???? Send 1,000+ outbound SMS messages daily using Launch Control
???? Qualify responses and push warm leads into our CRM
???? Cross-reference contact info between Launch Control and our lead database
???? Tag, label, and organize leads for follow-up
???? Look up property records on county websites
???? Skip trace property owners for accurate contact information
???? Clean up duplicate records and outdated data
???? Support with other real estate admin tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate
? Previous experience with Launch Control or similar SMS platform (REI Reply, Sherpa, etc.)
? Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume messaging
? Understands real estate data, especially vacant land (or is eager to learn)
? Proficient in skip tracing and county property record searches
? Comfortable using CRMs and organizing data (e.g., GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar)
? Speaks and writes fluent English with excellent grammar
? Reliable internet connection and ability to work US hours (or overlap at least 4 hours)

Compensation & Hours
???? Full-time (40 hours/week)
? Must be able to commit to consistent daily outreach
